Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM to deliver impactful solutions and ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, utilizing your expertise in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the quality and integrity of all application deliverables, conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and SAP Business Warehouse (BW). - Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, including cost center accounting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. - Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
