Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills : Informatica PowerCenter
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Informatica PowerCenter. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, and staying updated with the latest advancements in software/application/cloud tech support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Informatica PowerCenter. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets, employing statistical methodologies and data munging techniques for actionable insights. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software/application/cloud tech support, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ETL tools like Talend, DataStage, or SSIS. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL design principles. - Experience with SQL and relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. - Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
