Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As a Salesforce Lightning Web Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing Salesforce Lightning Web Components solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the development and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura Components. - Good To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and design patterns. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Lightning Web Components solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
