Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Environment Health & Safety Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Environment Health & Safety Management solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP EHS Regulatory Compliance, Incident Management, and Risk Assessment. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP EHS solutions. - Strong understanding of SAP EHS data model and configuration. - Experience in integrating SAP EHS with other SAP modules. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
