Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve planning and executing functional tests, leading a team of testers, and implementing innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of functional tests, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate. - Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure that testing activities are carried out to a high standard. - Implement innovative testing products and solutions, ensuring that testing approaches are predictive and intelligent based on automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Experience in leading a team of testers. - Experience in implementing innovative testing products and solutions. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful quality-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
