Project Role : IT Service Management Representative
Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Position description: The selected candidate will be part of a global team of experts supporting Client Delivery locations in ensuring they are adequately equipped with IT infrastructure solutions & processes to meet both Accenture and Client Delivery Business requirements. The key area of responsibility: ? Understand the needs of Client Delivery locations (business & Ops) by maintaining a close interaction with the relevant stakeholders & groups. ? Collaborate with the required teams to ensure the most appropriate IT infrastructure & solutions are being deployed & maintained at Client Delivery locations for to meet both Accenture & Business requirements. ? Actively support Control Services Leadership with the required material & guidance for the latter to progress with both the global Business Leadership reviews as well with Senior ISA Leadership. ? Actively participate in connects with stakeholders for to advance strategic directions & goals within Client Delivery. ? Review & Identify improvement areas in infrastructure, processes & support models for continuously helping Client Delivery business. ? Coordinate actions to steer Client Delivery IT Infrastructure & Service along the path of continuous improvement, cost reduction and sustainability gains. ? Review & support global programs & initiatives in ensuring the necessary changes are being brought into Client Delivery locations with no or minimal impact to Service Delivery. ? Support Client Delivery locations to adhere to Accenture polices, both Architecture & Security standards by following best practices within the company. Requirements: Must: ? Understanding of IT Infrastructure Services (Hosting, Network & Endpoints) ? Understanding of IT Service Management ? Communication & Collaboration Skills ? Ability to work in international and cross-cultural team & environment ? Keen to Learn & Grow ? Ability to deal with stress amidst pressure during competing priorities, difficulties and diverging interests Good to Have: ? Project Management Skills ? Presentation Skills ? Solving Problems Skills ? Keen on details ? Keen to challenge old ways for to achieve continuous enhancement Language skills: ? English: Fluent
