Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS). Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team and collaborate with them to perform effectively. - Manage the team and make decisions regarding project requirements and timelines. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in their career development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS). - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
