Job Description

Project Role : Application Developer

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to design, build, and configure applications that meet business needs. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, managing project timelines, risks, and issues effectively. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in business requirements analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, data modeling, and database design. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. - Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
