Job Description

Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Enterprise Network Operations
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with Enterprise Network Operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the operations and delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Ensure smooth functioning of the systems by monitoring and troubleshooting Enterprise Network Operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and incidents. - Maintain documentation and reports related to the operations and delivery of production systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting network issues. - Experience in maintaining documentation and reports related to the operations and delivery of production systems and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
