Summary: As an Application Developer for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SAP PM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PM applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. - Configure and customize SAP PM modules, including but not limited to equipment management, maintenance planning, and work order management. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP PM applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Production Planning (PP) modules. - Solid understanding of SAP PM business processes and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in SAP PM configuration and customization, including equipment management, maintenance planning, and work order management. - Strong knowledge of SAP PM data structures, tables, and transactions. - Experience in SAP PM reporting and analytics, including SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and SAP HANA. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP PM solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
