Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP HCM Time Management, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with a team to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM Time Management applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs. - Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and budgets. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Time Management and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - Solid understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and configuration. - Experience in leading SAP HCM Time Management implementations and upgrades. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
