Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management professional, you will be responsible for delivering ITIL service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident, and release management. Your typical day will involve providing technical support to clients, resolving incidents, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed-upon service levels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients, resolving incidents and ensuring service delivery meets agreed-upon service levels. - Deliver ITIL service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident, and release management. - Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes, or provide management and coordination across multiple processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems. - Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, problems, and changes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Incident Management. - Experience in ITIL service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident, and release management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
