Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Good to have skills : Dynatrace Administration

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues efficiently. - Document client issues and resolutions for future reference. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dynatrace Administration. - Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance optimization. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes. - Ability to analyze system logs and identify potential issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE or MCA degree is required.
