Project Role : Data Centre Operator
Project Role Description : Manage day-to-day activities of a data center, including physical and security checks, physical tape/media management, assistance with physical vendor intervention (e.g. replacement of a part), act as "remote hands" for the administrator.

Summary: As a Data Centre Operator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a data center, including physical and security checks, physical tape/media management, and acting as 'remote hands' for the administrator. Your typical day will involve providing support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and assisting with physical vendor intervention. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Manage day-to-day activities of a data center, including physical and security checks, physical tape/media management, and acting as 'remote hands' for the administrator. - Assist with physical vendor intervention, such as the replacement of a part, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and readily available for review. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of data center operations and physical security. - Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
