Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality standards of service. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients, acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. - Identify and resolve client issues, utilizing deep product knowledge and exceptional communication skills. - Design and implement solutions to client issues, ensuring high-quality standards of service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Customer Service Operations. - Strong understanding of system and application architecture. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
