Summary: As an AWS Glue Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software assets that meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations. Your typical day will involve leading cross-functional product development teams, applying your knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations. - Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. - Design, develop, and maintain AWS Glue ETL jobs and workflows. - Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and other AWS services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality and performance issues. - Develop and maintain data models and schemas. - Create and maintain technical documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in AWS Glue and related technologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - Must To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Glue. - Must To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Lambda and other AWS services. - Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration patterns. - Experience with data modeling and schema design. - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with Python or other scripting languages. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
