Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in JDA Demand Planning to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of JDA Demand Planning solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. - Ensure successful project delivery by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in JDA Demand Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JDA Fulfillment. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C++. - Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in JDA Demand Planning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects. - This position is based at our Noida office.
