Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing business operations and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance business performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization. - Provide expert guidance and recommendations on business process enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial processes and systems. - Experience in implementing SAP FI CO modules. - Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis. - Hands-on experience in business process analysis and improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 Years of Full Time Education is required.
