Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. - Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. - Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
