Project Role : Security Consulting Practitioner
Project Role Description : Research and translate risk information. Partner with client stakeholders to provide input and best practice recommendations to inform decision making on security solutions. Implement and support client-based security solutions.
Must have skills : Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
Good to have skills : Splunk Administration
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Bachelors or above degree in a related field or equivalent full-time course.
Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will research and translate risk information. Partner with client stakeholders to provide input and best practice recommendations to inform decision making on security solutions. Implement and support client-based security solutions. Your typical day will involve conducting risk assessments, analyzing security data, and collaborating with clients to develop effective security strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities. - Analyze security data and provide insights to clients. - Collaborate with clients to develop effective security strategies. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Assist in the implementation and support of client-based security solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk Administration. - Strong understanding of security risk assessment methodologies. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). - Experience in incident response and handling security incidents. - Familiarity with network security technologies and protocols. - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and events. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Bachelors or above degree in a related field or equivalent full-time course is required.
