Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of VoIP PBX systems. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of VoIP, IMS call flows, and various protocols to test and validate system performance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving testing projects, creating test setups, and debugging issues to ensure the success of our products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead testing projects and ensure hands-on involvement with systems like Cisco Broadworks, Broadsoft. - E-xecute test cases and validate the test status based on the expectations for the test case. - Create/build test setups as per the test strategy of the feature. - Fully understand system logs, test tool logs, and use this understanding for debugging issues and identifying accurate root causes for the problems seen on the system under test or in the network. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Thorough knowledge of VoIP PBX systems. - In-depth knowledge of VoIP, IMS call flows. - Good understanding of protocols like SIP, Diameter, REST, TCP/IP, DNS, MSRP. - Thorough knowledge of Application Server and testing supplementary services. - Hands-on experience with IMS Nodes including P-CSCF, S-CSCF, TAS, MGCW, SBC, IPSM GW, MRFC, MRFP, BGCF, MGCF, ISBC, DRA, HSS, SMSC. - Expertise in product/capacity testing using simulators/scripting/open source tools. - Good understanding of NFVi Architecture and NF Life Cycle Management. - Experience in K8s, L2/L3 network, and k8s Networking expertise CNIs. Good To Have Skills: - Experience with Polycom VoIP products. - Hands-on experience in driving testing projects. - Experience in Test Automation, DevOps, Python scripting. - Good knowledge of IMS interfaces like Gm, Rx, ISC, Ro, Sh, Mw, Ici, Izi. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required
