Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve managing Network Security Operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of Security Services projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Manage Network Security Operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving security incidents and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Network Security Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Network Security Management. - Expertise in security technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs. - Experience in managing security incidents and issues, including incident response and root cause analysis. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
