Project Role Description : Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.

Summary: As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will work directly with the client to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes aligned with the business strategy and goals. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business, ensuring seamless integration and successful implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with clients. - Analyze client requirements and design technology solutions. - Implement best practice business changes aligned with the business strategy. - Ensure successful integration and implementation of technology solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Experience with warehouse management systems. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes. - Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based in Pune. - A Graduate degree is required.
