Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the continuous improvement of application design and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Experience in designing and developing applications based on business process requirements. - Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming language. - Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP WMS. - Experience in data migration and system integration. - Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 1-degree background / minimum 15 years full-time education is required.
