Must have Skills : Program Control Services Good to Have Skills : Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : - Prepare agendas, meeting materials and other logistical requirements for team meetings and governance committees - Effectively manage programs and work-streams - Program Control Analyst for Driveline - Support change control, program status reviews, headcount, and prototype estimates - Leading, mentoring, and training a team of program control staff to include month end close responsibilities, accruals, revenue recognition, customer reporting, billing, other needs Technical Experience : - Technical skills in financial analysis and accounting - Demonstrated proficiency in financial or accounting systems SAP, Hyperion, Business Warehouse, MPM - Program Control, Program Management or PMT experience - List any licenses or certifications required by the position: PMP, CPA, MBA, PMI, ITIL, BLS, APICS, CFER, ASM, PMBOK - Experience driving teams to resolve PD, cross functional issues to meet targets Professional Attributes : -Excellent collaboration,Leadership ,communication and presentation skills.
