Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Spring MVC. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring MVC. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy applications, utilizing expertise in Spring Application Framework and Java Full Stack Development. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews and providing feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring MVC (Model View Controller). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Application Framework and Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of database design and development, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring MVC (Model View Controller). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Pune office.
