Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and improve business performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct research and gather data to support business analysis activities. - Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and user stories. - Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis to drive continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with other modules. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required.
