Must have Skills : Microsoft Intune Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools SCCM, Intune to support the transition to Windows 10 Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution 2 May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support 3 Patch Management and Windows 10 Servicing Technical Experience : 1 1 Strong understanding in BYOD and COD, WCD Configuration Designer, Autopilot, Auto-Enrolment, Auto-Enrol with GPO via AAD or ADFS, Autopilot Hybrid, Dual management with Intune and SCCM 2 Device Compliance - Rules and policies to remediate devices to comply per organizations security requirements with comply evaluation Professional Attributes : Good communication skills Educational Qualification: BE or Equivalent Additional Info : 24/7
