What would you do? Human Resource postgraduates/graduates with Global payroll delivery experience with a sound knowledge of end-to-end Payroll including, - Active Payroll Processing - Pension Payroll Processing - Mobility Payroll Processing - Allocation of Time (Positive & Negative Payroll) - Short Term Business Traveler - Overpayment Recovery - Remittance/Statutory Payments - Statutory Reporting - General Reporting - Garnishments - Tax Data Setup and Deductions - YE Govt Tax Reporting (90,000 W-2’s, 85000 – 1095s, 3800, T4, CRA, MRQ etc) - Tax Notices - Tax Registration - Audit Management - Workers Comp Reporting - Time & Attendance - Leave Accrual Management - Time Tracking Vouchering - Leave Policy Management - Record of Employment Reporting Expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player. Prior global payroll set up & delivery experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred. Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirement. Key Responsibilities: Join global and local sessions, offering best practices for local processes. Gather and apply best practices, focusing on efficiency. Help with Payroll system tech and find automation opportunities. Provide input on service delivery for policy alignment. Join design meetings and offer input on service delivery. Test processes to understand systems for SOP creation. Lead SOP creation and work with SMEs on documentation. Lead training and rehearse services, training BPO SMEs. Track training progress and assist with transition issues. Lead process improvement and track KPIs. Work with third-party vendors and suppliers. Handle regulatory reporting and laws. Collaborate with transitions and change teams for smooth process transfer. Lead Hypercare and Governance meetings. Work with senior management, offering alternate solutions when needed.
