What would you do? EMEA S&C and Technology Services Lead. Person will be responsible to manage NCC(Non Contract Cost Management) for S&C Technology. Individual will be closely working with EMEA S&C Tech Service Leads, MU CFO’s, and HR. Need to provide business advisory support to Services and MU CFO’s. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Build deep expertise in overall Payroll & Subcontractor cost categories with comprehensive understanding of cost structures enabling swift response to changes • Identify potential areas of improvement and efficiency gains analyzing entire cost category life cycle. • Assist in ad hoc analysis of costs within scope of team • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ideate and drive forecasting framework for contractor costs and payroll cost categories • Awareness of Market condition/ environment for our business to ensure profitable payroll growth. • Advocate/educate customer in better usage of digital tools to seek specific insights via self service. Regularly seek feedback from users to continually improve digital tools for them to stay relevant to users. • Ability to multitask and flexible to work with different stake holders & time zones. Contribute and assist in overall team wide initiatives. Educational Qualification: MBA with major in Finance or CA/CMA with around 8-10 Years of Experience in Business Finance.
What are we looking for? Must have Excellent working knowledge of advanced MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skill is a must. Working knowledge of PowerBI, database management skills highly desirable. Must have experience on SAP and BR reporting. Excellent written/Oral communications skills Value and Outcome driven approach and focus to deliverables / initiatives Good to have: Understanding of Total Payroll and/or subk cost categories, financial reporting framework for Accenture. Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
