What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs This role provides client services for Payroll Admin to ensure tasks are completed correctly and resource efficiencies are maintained, works closely with Delivery Services Management to identify and escalate client issues; obtains and confirms pending information / documentation, and adds and amends transaction information to client/systems responding to changes so as to maintain a current visible HR records for the client. Payroll experience into US/UK/International • Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules. • Execute full range of the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor. • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. • Follow Work Instructions while processing • Highlight any anomalies in Work Instructions/process documentation to the SME/Leads. • Participate in client conference calls, where required and manage appropriate documentation. • Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control. • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls • The Payroll Process Design team focuses on processing HR and Payroll Data in payroll applications on time and accurately in an agreed Payroll application as per agreed timelines. The team is responsible for addressing Employee and HR queries related to payroll inputs in a timely and accurate manner, work with Payroll Providers or 3rd Party Vendors to research and provide resolution. The team is also responsible for performing checks and validations on the payroll reports, variance analysis, and reasonability checks between current and previous payroll and resolving payroll problems within the confines of established policies & procedures using relevant payroll system. The team may also work on designing processes for performing payroll preparation, pay-slip calculation, post-payroll registration (e.g. accounting booking, payments, social security), recurring statutory forms submission.
