What would you do? Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and cognitive abilities to deep dive into complex issues in order to drive insights and strategic decision-making. • Bachelor s degree from a reputable university • 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, consultancy, payroll finance operations • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and cognitive abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and accuracy ? Oversee payroll operations of APAC countries through management of country vendor service levels and ensure compliance to local regulations. ? Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide support in all matters representing the payroll function. Closely manage escalations as key POC. ? Collaborate with country, regional and global departments to develop solutions to complex payroll and related matters. ? Work within a dynamic team of colleagues from multiple locations where cross support to other colleagues is also required. ? Take ownership of processes and serve as point of contact for all payroll operations escalations and query resolution. ? From time to time undertake special projects and initiatives to achieve more efficient and compliant operations. ? Ensure all administration is maintained for: filing standards; closing of customer queries, and other regulatory requirements, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
