What would you do? 1.Manage client relations, Service delivery team and help ensure alignment with clients’ business and Payroll strategic objectives. Act as primary connection between delivery team, Meta Payroll, FOS, and Accenture HR leadership. 2. Advise client account leadership regarding Payroll aspects of key business strategies, issues and decisions and potential problem areas. 3. Accountable for the delivery of contracted Services within the assigned Service line. 4.Requests and assigns resources and responsibilities within the Service line to deliver business results. 5.Manage and action issues; reporting and governance arrangements to help ensure effective management controls are established to oversee effective and efficient operation of the Service line. 6.Acts as the escalation point for problems/issues within the Service line. 1.Minimum of ten (10) years of US Payroll experience including Team/Client management 2.Ability to provide on-site support at client locations as needed. 3.A high degree of business acumen including an understanding of the financial implications of HR/Payroll Services/ Solutions. 4.Innovative problem solving and decision making. 5.Strong Coaching/ Partnering capability combined with a demonstrated role providing deep insight into HR related matters
What are we looking for? 1.Minimum of ten (10) years of US Payroll experience including Team/Client management 2.Ability to provide on-site support at client locations as needed. 3.A high degree of business acumen including an understanding of the financial implications of HR/Payroll Services/ Solutions. 4.Innovative problem solving and decision making. 5.Strong Coaching/ Partnering capability combined with a demonstrated role providing deep insight into HR related matters 1.End to End US payroll Experience- Gross to Net calculations 2.Good knowledge of any Payroll ERP system 3. Candidates with Inhouse Payroll experience is preferred. 4. Should have managed a team of 20-30 employees
