What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design The Content Management team focuses on organizing, categorizing, auditing and publishing content and information with the help of specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals. They are also responsible for auditing and ensuring quality of online content by flagging risks and providing clear feedbacks on errors. The team is responsible for managing the content on websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.
What are we looking for? ? The role has accountability for delivery towards the goals and objectives shared by the Platform Directors and Content Management lead for Marketing Content Reuse and meet client business outcomes. ? The individual is responsible to lead the content Upload / Agency Liaison Team and accountable for the quality of the services/digital assets. ? Accountable for the continuous improvement in process, and enhance value to drive key business outcome indicators ? Work with experience manager for the program resulting into overall improvement of the engagement of services in terms of meeting the goals for the client. ? Ensure to achieve symphony between different service lines to leverage DAM across all platforms. ? Provide insights relating to various DAM metrics ? Support/create weekly bulletins for marketers and retailers using the platform ? Manage user access and DAM support queries • Graduate required. • Minimum 4 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality of content and meeting the minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client • Knowledge of marketing in highly regulated environments • Extensive Experience in working on DAM platforms • MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills • Has experience in team management and client management • Experience participating in a collaborative team environment • Experience in vendor management • Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused • Demonstrate ability to think strategically
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
