Roles and Responsibilities: •Job Description The People Relations Associate will process incoming requests received through phone calls, emails or any other application. These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, other internal teams, third party vendors or client. Key Responsibilities • Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary. • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with appropriate User Guides. • Understand and adhere to Accenture’s processes and working methods. • Understand relevant HR and Safety legislation as appropriate and be able to use to manage cases and inform clients. • Understand and perform the full range of People Relations work. • Manage client relationships to agreed satisfactory outcome of cases. • Understand client’s policies and procedures relating to People Relations. • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Ensure and apply the measures required to maintain the data security of all Accenture’s and its client’s data. Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client’s policies and procedures with regard to Data Protection. • Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent • Follow LWIs while processing and highlight any anomalies in LWIs/process documentation to the SME/Leads. • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls. • Participate in Team building activities. • Assist client with Admin activities (especially Document Mgmt.) related to Investigations/Grievances/Associate concerns. • Have customer facing experience and experience of using telephony to speak with clients.
