What would you do? Job Summary: Process Global sales bonus incentives for client teams, interface with other operation support team engaging to assist and timely delivery. Critical services include the Campaign headcount reconciliation, on time accurate bonus processing as defined by global timelines and updating/ managing campaign details on the support tools. This role requires dedicated commitment of zero error delivery as it will have financial and legal impacts otherwise. This will be an Individual contributor role reporting to DIS SIP Sales Operation Manager. Note that depending on your specific responsibilities you may also be aligned to and take direction from business leadership role(s).
What are we looking for? Qualifications: Knowledge & Skill Requirements: • 6 – 10 years working experience in Finance/HR/Payroll. • Expert skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including working on macros and complex formulas. • Eye for details and past record in financial delivery with zero errors • Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skill and problem resolution skills. • Good to have knowledge of legal and business polices including HR policies. • Should understand the interaction with dependent modules like Leave of Absence, Termination. • Good knowledge of processing bonus calculation or performance management process.
Roles and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include: • Reconciliation of bonus payments and prepared reports for analytical review. • Manage the sales program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project (e.g. build or test) Proactively manage and monitor execution of sales deliverables and status in an effective manner. • Understand the fundamental sales solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations, risks, etc. • Deliver desired business outcomes and/or service commitments through effective planning and execution. • Manage the delivery effort including change, demand and support of operations management within schedule, cost, quality, effort and SLAs. • Identify, understand and effectively manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders ensuring clear accountabilities and shared understanding of impact. • Manage issues and risks of the sales program, project, releases or contracted service. • Monitors delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting and implements continuous improvements for sales program. • Supports the management of financials, contractual, and operational commitments in alignment with contract and original deal economics, as well as cost management targets sales Plan programs, projects and/or managed services. • Ensure resolution of cross segment/team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts • Take steps to proactively mitigate project risk as defined/required in sales project plan. • Take responsibility for end-to-end sales solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communications and focus on quality. • Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members. • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. • Monthly Dashboard file preparation and SIP Status update in the Leadership Hub
