What would you do? Enables a superior brand experience , accelerates responsible growth and creates a secure environment • As an Agent, you must follow daily work patterns and be responsible towards targets • Ensuring the requests are completed thoroughly and accurately within the appropriate timeframe • Adhering to Client SLAs • Ensure compliance in following Accenture and client policies/practices • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures • Participate in cross-functional training Work on the tools required with ease and accuracy • Meet the daily, weekly, monthly productivity and quality targets set for the role as per OKR • Maintain accuracy in investigation method of cases and consistent at providing observations for product improvement • Update all required daily/weekly/monthly templates and report • Focus on continuous improvement of knowledge on Process Policies/guidelines In Operations Management you will be resposible for the area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. This involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements
