When he was 2, Leslie lost his hearing owing to an acute sickness. Growing up, he found it difficult and frustrating to communicate with others. To bridge this communication gap, Leslie began learning sign language when he was just 13. Today, he knows more than 10 kinds of sign language! He has been teaching sign language to professionals, children and old people alike to make the world more inclusive for the hearing impaired. Accenture nurtured his passion and helped him grow. Today he is a successful IT practitioner at Accenture Technology.
