As a leader in our Software Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and shape the development of innovative Generative AI solutions, architecting and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven applications tailored to solve complex business challenges across industries.
- Educate and guide clients on the adoption of Generative AI technologies, ensuring they understand its potential to drive transformation and innovation within their organizations.
- Promote the adoption of Generative AI both internally and externally, acting as a champion and advocate for this technology across teams and client engagements.
- Build and nurture capabilities within internal teams, providing mentorship, training, and leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence in AI/ML engineering.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, high-performing AI solutions, including defining technical architecture diagrams for AI model integration and use cases (e.g., Vector DB for Embedding, Azure Open AI for LLM summarization modules).
- Collaborate with clients to develop future-proof, innovative solutions that align with their digital transformation goals.
- Champion GenAI adoption internally by actively promoting and developing internal teams’ capabilities in this domain.
- Bring expertise and innovation throughout the delivery lifecycle, from proposition and methodology to technology choices and cost-benefit analysis.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who has:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in solutioning and architecting AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Sagemaker/Bedrock, GCP AI Platform/Vertex AI, and Microsoft Azure ML.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with traditional AI/ML technologies and solutions.
- A strong track record (2+ years) in working with Generative AI technologies and solutions, and a deep understanding of how these technologies can be applied to drive business transformation.
- The ability to educate clients on the practical adoption of Generative AI, helping them unlock its full potential.
- Experience leading, building, and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on internal training and capability development in the GenAI space.
- The ability to effectively communicate emerging trends in AI/ML and Generative AI, influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
- A demonstrated ability to guide internal teams and clients through complex technical challenges, promoting GenAI adoption and embedding it into organizational strategies.
