Job Description

Accenture, in partnership with Pinterest, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers. This pivotal role will be focused on driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships within the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

● Leadership and Coaching: Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to the team, empowering them to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and expand Pinterest's market share within the agency and partner space.

● Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key agency and partner accounts, understanding their unique needs and objectives.

● Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Pinterest's reach and impact within the digital advertising ecosystem.

● Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and scalability, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and optimal resource allocation.

● Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to foster continuous improvement.
