As a Technical Leader in our Software Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:
Act as an advocate for modern engineering and next generation approaches (e.g. AI-driven development, event-driven architecture, cloud-native solutions), helping identify and implement emerging technologies for clients to maintain a competitive edge.
Promote and drive the adoption of next-generation engineering technologies, tools, and best practices across engineering teams, including the seamless integration of AI solutions and Generative AI into engineering workflows to enhance automation, decision-making, and system intelligence.
Evangelise next-generation engineering practices through presenting technological solutions to engineering teams, technical stakeholders and clients as well as thought leadership at industry conferences.
Advise clients on the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital applications tailored to address unique business challenges across several industries
Encourage clients to adopt cloud-based technologies and a platform approach to deliver scale and business agility into the future
Introduce AI technologies to help solve client problems and deliver quantifiable benefits
Identify opportunities to leverage Ecosystems partners to enhance engineering capabilities and offerings to clients
Display your leadership skills by guiding and collaborating with diverse teams, enhancing team performance, and building culture through mentorship, skills development, and career growth initiatives
Seek out new ways of working that prioritise customer success while driving continuous improvement across digital delivery projects
Bring innovation, new technology skills and industry knowledge together to help clients innovate at scale and transform
Qualifications
We are looking for:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent).
Demonstrated leadership experience in both advisory and delivery roles across all solution domains, including business, data, application, and technology
Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering transformation programmes with large engineering footprints, driving the adoption of modern engineering practices and GenAI to deliver value.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on technical delivery experience in working with modern architectural practices, such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), API-First Design, and Cloud-Native Architectures
A passion for Technology. You have a proven history of staying ahead of industry technology trends and integrating emerging technologies into the tech stack.
Proven ability to effectively communicate and present emerging trends in technology and modern engineering practices related to applications, data, and artificial intelligence to clients, engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
Lead and scaled high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
