ABOUT OUR TALENT AND ORGANISATION TEAM
You would be joining our practice that helps clients co-create the workforce of the future. How? We make decisions based on data and insights. We give people the tools and roadmaps to do their best work. We create digital experiences employees love. Our approach and our people put us at the front of the pack for talent, HR, and organisational consulting. We are looking to build out the change and HR transformation capabilities of our team.
We as T&O professionals sit within our Strategy & Consulting practice, partnering with our clients to:
- Embed organisational change on large scale business transformations
- Design and implement talent strategies that will support business growth
- Create and implement new operating models to achieve their business and people agenda
- Transform their HR functions to become a more strategic partner to the business, enabled by technology

REQUIRED SKILLSET:
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Defining change management solutions for transformational change projects, including planning across project life cycles from change impact assessments to change measurement and business readiness,
- Creating Communication strategies and plans, driving leadership engagement and advocacy, and leading communications and storytelling,
- Driving Cultural and Behavioural change, backed by behavioural and data science,
- Supporting the growth of the T&O consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence,
- Strong consulting acumen demonstrated through excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others,
- Understanding, and experience of end-to-end technology implementation programme lifecycle, from design through to hypercare,
- Stakeholder Management skills, to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1),
- 6+ years relevant work experience with a working knowledge of talent & organisational topics with particular focus on Change Management and HR transformation,
- Experience delivering projects underpinned by technology would be a bonus,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including a proven track record to collaborate and facilitate client meetings and workshops,
- Experience in program and project management,
- Experience in leading teams is an advantage,
- Certifications in change management or HR are a plus.
Bonus points if:
- You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Change Management, Agile Change, Learning & Talent Development, Learning organisational design, Talent Strategy, Future Workforce, HR Transformation & Organisation/ Op. Model design.
