Job Description
Work in collaboration with Client's Sales Strategy Operations lead in designing and governing a reporting function that will equip the operations team with historical and real time performance insights
Drive a positive client experience through thought leadership, continuous improvement and effective project management
Present insights and recommendations to internal and client leadership stakeholders
Lead the EMEA Reporting function
Develop, coach and manage your direct reports to ensure operational excellence
Focuses, motivates and inspires the team in a goal and results orientated way by driving optimum individual and team performance.
Single point of contact and escalation point for Reporting within EMEA
Establish a global Accenture and Pinterest global governance to roll out reporting standardization programs, create a forum for best practice sharing and problem solving Provide additional support to any region facing performance challenges where reporting and analytics interventions need to be strengthened
Maintain program global roster for HC reporting, invoice validation, budgeting, etc.
Reporting key EMEA milestones, challenges and performance on identified OKRs on a regular basis
Specific areas of responsibilities and oversight include
Account Assignments
Account Assignment portion of account transitions.
Regular Updates and Audits of Salesforce hygiene and processes
Transfers due to personnel changes as needed
Project Management and Communication
Manage Incoming requests and sprint management.
Questions regarding the progress, scope, or details or projects, new reporting project requests.
Ownership Sales Credit Disputes
Any escalation relating to account ownership changes, or anything that will affect revenue or sales credit.
Quota setting management
Mid QTR Quota Changes Any account transition requiring quota adjustment, relief etc.
QTRLY Quotas Tasks relating to setting of quotas on both pod and rep level
Qualifications
Ideally a proven experience in managing or leading a number of reporting analysts in a sales environment would be advantageous.
English fluency required, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ideally, 5 years of professional experience in strategy operations in a demanding highly analytical environments such as management consulting, investment banking, or in a tech media company
Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus working knowledge of sales systems and tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, Excel and Google Sheets
Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data driven business insights
Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Organized, detail oriented and strategically focused.
BA BS degree in quantitative or analytical major engineering, mathematics, accounting, economics or relevant work experience strongly preferred.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus
