Responsibilities As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. In this role, you are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Estimation and Planning Beginner proficiency , Risk Management Advanced proficiency , Scope Management Advanced proficiency , and Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK Advanced proficiency are recommended skills for this role. Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program project outcomes Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of program project objectives Identify and mitigate risks to minimize impact on program project timelines and deliverables Monitor and report on program project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance program project efficiency
