A new area within Accenture Hungary is Industry X, an advanced, digitally-enabled planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries. In your role within the Industry X team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves across industries.

Currently, we are looking for colleagues to SENIOR levels!

You may have the chance to lead a team from a people management perspective or to be a senior expert from a technical perspective.

What will be your responsibility as a Java Developer:

  • Support timely delivery of technical solutions with robust written, well-tested code
  • Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop engineering and organizational practices
  • Contribute to growing a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the client's values
  • Identifying and resolving technical debt
  • Balance business deliverables and technical excellence

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • 5​+ years of experience in Spring Boot, SQL, Java 11-17 , Mockito, Junit
  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Confident English AND German knowledge
  • Team-leading experience is an advantage
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies and techniques
  • Ability to develop maintainable and supportable code: clean, reusable code that’s easy to read and test
  • Quality-oriented mindset; understands software testing, writes tests where appropriate, and the concept of test/behavior-driven development
  • Using appropriate debugging tools
  • A desire for precise documentation and knowledge sharing
