Job Description:
The role sits in one of our marquee projects helping clients drive digital marketing transformation. We’re helping build new capabilities and provide a run function to support them in the transformation of leveraging digital marketing capabilities to be more customer centric focusing on cx/ux of a customers experience.
The marketing campaign strategy and planner is responsible for the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns across various channels. Closely collaborate with clients and with our project team alongside other marketing specialists (strategy, creative), to bring our clients campaigns to life and achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in digital strategy development: Working alongside the strategist to define the digital initiatives that we need to drive growth with our marketing campaigns.
Develop marketing campaigns: This involves understanding the target audience, identifying campaign goals, and choosing the right channels and tactics to reach them. Turning the strategies we have into executable campaigns, optimized to drive performance and success.
Develop customer journey centric campaigns: Leveraging all the channels we have access to, to plan and develop campaigns that optimize growth and conversion alongside a customers journey and experience across all touchpoints.
Create campaign timelines: Planners need to allocate resources effectively and ensure campaigns are completed and delivered on time.
Manage campaign logistics: Work with the execution team and our internal creative teams to ensure delivery of campaign and performance is tracked.
Analyze campaign data: Planners use data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations: They need to communicate campaign results to stakeholders and make recommendations for future campaigns.
Stakeholder management while collecting requirements, proposing ideas/ solutions, closing the gap to mitigate risk
Manage a team to deliver great value to clients
Qualifications
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
Degree holder with 2+ years solid working experience
Exceptional client management, communication and presentation skills
A growth mindset and an ability to manage and drive client conversations
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Project management skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
Desirable:
Experience with a variety of marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
