A natural artist and born video gamer, Sierra lets her creativity soar as she brings 3D visions to life in the metaverse. She recently created a futuristic, sci-fi space station environment to help a team of supply-chain workers across the globe collaborate in real time.

Using blockchain sustainably

Blockchain is more than just a technology. It’s a system that changes the way ecosystem partners securely access and have ownership of shared data. Björn and his team demonstrate this in their everyday work. They are exploring new ways to create digital assets, bring central bank digital currency to life and even use blockchain and multiparty systems to improve efficiency and sustainability for global supply chains.

Building a responsible metaverse

From assessing opportunities to addressing risks in the metaverse, Chantal and her team have it all covered. They research everything from security, privacy and intellectual property rights to inclusion and diversity, accessibility and environmental sustainability. They’re exploring ways to grow businesses and create positive change through the metaverse.

Pioneering new things with tech

A pioneer in blockchain technology, Tracy brings together a larger set of existing technologies to create the internet of ownership (owned by no one and everyone) and the internet of place (personal spaces and public places) in the metaverse.

Securing digital identities

Lexi innovates with blockchain and digital identity technologies like self-sovereign identity (SSI) and biometrics, to help organizations ensure secure experiences where users can control their own digital identity—a critical issue to address in the metaverse.
