Proposal Management Graduate Programme

Develop valuable skills as you support our business to coordinate high quality bids and proposals, tailored for the best client solutions.

Introduction

As part of our Proposal Management team, you’ll work closely with sales teams to help win more business through a compelling and differentiated proposal. You will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.

The Pursuit Services Team works closely with Client Groups Sales Teams to offer a range of high quality standardised service offerings, from Standard Content Authoring to end-to-end Proposal Management, enabling the sales teams and subject matter experts more time to spend developing tailored and differentiated solutions and managing the relationships with their clients.

You will be responsible for providing end to end proposal management support for a specific deal pursuit, by:

  • Maintaining the Proposal Response Plan (schedules, milestones, deliverables etc.).
  • Supporting the preparation of the proposal deliverable and any associated documentation.
  • Supporting the flow of information between the key contributors.

You need to have gained or will obtain a degree in any discipline. We will also expect you to demonstrate attributes such as:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility / adaptability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

You'll be based out of our London office, but we currently follow a mix of both home and London office working. A level of travel and working from other locations may be required from time to time.

All of our Proposal Development professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development. As part of our graduate training scheme, you will follow a well-structured and comprehensive induction plan during your first month with the firm. 1. Online application

To apply, you need to complete an online profile. You can only apply to one programme in any six month period but if you are unsuccessful you can apply to other roles.

2. Telephone interview

You may be selected for a telephone interview with a member of our team.

3. Assessment Centre

If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to help us find out what your strengths are.

4. Offer

Well done! If you’re successful in all the stages we’ll offer you a place on the programme and tell you your start date. If you don’t pass, we’ll give you the opportunity to get feedback.

5. Onboarding

Before your start date, we’ll ask you to provide evidence of your academic results and two references. We’ll then send you details of your training week where we’ll welcome you into Accenture!
