YOUR ROLE
Every start-up team brings together a range of experiences and skillsets from multiple backgrounds. As a Growth or Product Strategist, you are here to bring together strategic thinking and excellent execution to every project, from early-stage idea generation to detailed digital design, build and operation.
We are looking for passionate generalists who exhibit interest and relevant experience in Growth, Product or both areas.
Within this role, you will:
- Deliver excellent work across the entire venture building process. Example activities in this process might include:
- Carrying out primary customer research and market analysis to identify new venture opportunities
- Running in-market tests to validate demand for new venture ideas
- Contributing to the business, growth or product strategy thinking that guides our clients’ decision-making
- Developing op models and governance structures for running new ventures
- Developing product roadmaps and working with technical teams to scope out features and delivery timelines
- Designing go-to-market strategies for products to win in market
- Developing the commercial models that identify and articulate the value and commercial dynamics of our ventures
- Contribute to the smooth operation of your venture team by running key project management initiatives (i.e. end of week meetings and team energisers)
- Build on the culture of the Venture Studio, by sharing your ideas and participating in company forums
- Throughout, you will work hand-in-hand with our creative team to push the quality of thinking and storytelling

- Demonstrable professional experience – examples include consulting, agency experience working in startups or elsewhere in industry.
- A flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt across disciplines, balancing both execution and creative problem solving.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity, and challenge clients to think differently.
- A strategic thinker who would relish being able to contribute to at least one of: go-to-market strategies, growth plans, and product roadmaps, synthesizing data and insights into actionable strategies.
- A collaborative and versatile team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Committed to world-class execution with an eye for detail, constantly striving to optimize performance and scale innovative ideas.
