Key responsibilities as a Content Experience Consultant:
Support top priority clients in their content agenda at varying stages of the transformation roadmap
Running content discovery programmes to assess, analyse and recommend strategic improvements to current content people, processes and platforms
Drive strategy into action through content platform, GenAI and operations activation for our clients at scale
Leverage Accenture Song tools and methodologies to run strategic projects across a vast array of topics spanning the content supply chain (e.g. content operating models, content process efficiencies, typology and taxonomy design and more)
Take ownership of project workstreams and client stakeholder relationships to deliver excellence day in day out
Build and execute against the content transformation roadmap, bringing best practice consulting & delivery rigour through agile ways of working
Build strong internal networks and relationships, supporting opportunity origination, knowledge sharing and community building through side of desk activities

To drive successful, data-driven business outcomes in client work predominantly in large scale global projects with the opportunity to work in multiple different industries
Best in class principles, frameworks and methodologies to provide end-to-end expertise across the content lifecycle and reimagining the operations, processes and platforms underpinning it
Thought leadership development opportunities, knowledge sharing and leading trends and technologies in the content and marketing space (in particular GenAI)
Work at the intersection of Accenture Song’s Creative and Consulting teams, drawing on a global network of best-in-class content strategists and production hubs
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
As a Content Experience Consultant you will have relevant expertise in Consulting, Strategy and/or Operations within a Marketing context. We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Experience in consulting, strategy and/or marketing transformation roles
Deep analytical skills and capacity to structure complex and loosely defined problems.
Proven ability to develop and execute content and/or marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and build trusted client relationships.
Strong project management and presentation skills.
